What is Mirrors?

Mirrors is not a therapy tool. It does not advise, solve, or guide.

Mirrors does one thing: it shows you where you are right now.

The mind often loops in the same cycle. Emotions get suppressed or can't be named. The body signals something but goes unheard. Mirrors reads these three layers separately and shows where they meet.

How Does a Reading Work?

Before you write, pause for a moment.

Where are your shoulders? Are you clenching your jaw? Is your breath shallow or deep? Is there a heaviness in your stomach?

Don't try to fix it. Just notice.

Then write — what's happening, what it feels like, what's occupying your mind. You don't need to write in perfect sentences. The system reads what's beneath, not what's written.

The Three Layers
Emotional reflection

Shows the emotion beneath your words. It doesn't comfort. It names.

Mental reflection

Shows what your mind is actually doing right now. The loop, the contradiction, the stuck point.

Synthesis

Shows where the two meet. From there it offers two or three directions — not what to do, but where you might look from.

Dream Mode

If you want to write about a dream, start with "I dreamed". The system reads dreams differently — the symbols, the atmosphere, what the unconscious is carrying right now.

Mind Protocol is not a reading. It is a positioning.

You write a thought, emotion, or situation. The system does this:

A single sentence showing the root, not the symptom.

Facts

Only what is observable and verifiable. No interpretation. No emotion.

Interpretations

The active stories the mind is running. These are not facts — they are the mind's constructions.

Reference sentence

One single sentence. It comes from your own reality. It names the source, not the symptom. It carries the solution inside itself without stating it. When you read it, you feel: "I already knew this but could not see it."

The reference sentence may not take effect immediately. The mind processes it quietly over 1–2 days. If you notice something suddenly becoming clear — that is the moment.

The Protocol does not advise. It does not motivate. It only makes the mind's current position visible.
